The 2026 King’s Ball in Sainte Geneviève 👑

The King’s Ball is one of the town’s longest-standing winter traditions, rooted in French colonial Epiphany customs brought here more than 250 years ago. The evening centers on Missouri French Creole music, community dancing that everyone can join, and the sharing of King Cake, where the hidden token chooses the King and Queen for the year. Hosted by the Foundation for Restoration of Ste. Geneviève in support of preserving the town’s historic culture and places.
